How can a wheelchair-bound person be a pedestrian?
I dunno, but last night a wheelchair-bound pedestrian barreled intro traffic in front of me going down Broad St around 21st or so. We couldn’t believe it. The guy came really close to getting hit by multiple cars while trying to cross Broad.
